WGC-100:  A dual-fill single tower automated canning line with a compact footprint.  With the ability to comfortably can at 24+ cans per minute,  the WGC-100 represents classic Wild Goose design in both concept and execution.  Fully field upgradeable to a quad-fill, two tower design and the subsequent ability to can at 36 – 40 cans per minute.

Food grade, wash-down components are used throughout the fill zone.  The WGC-100 is capable of accommodating a range of can sizes, easily dealing with 12 and 16 oz cans, and switchable between them.

Additional sensors such as lidless can detection, capacity for packing out, feed, and depallatization control.  A system that can truly grow with a brewery and incorporate peripherals.  Easily customized to fit specific needs and site requirements.

Over 70 unique Wild Goose manufactured precision parts.  A Wild Goose designed seamer (patent pending) incorporating ceramic bearing seamer rollers for low friction, longer life, and reduced lubrication requirements.

117 V AC, 60 Hz.  The WGC-100 requires a 20 A breaker, and a source of high quality, dry air for its pneumatics.
